Ok i can't get SNG Power Tools to work for this so could someone tell me if this is a fold or not after the UTG player shoves?

I don't see how it can be. Sure there is a guy with no chips, but the blinds are huge and you have the second best hand in holdem, if you win this hand you win the stt over half the time.
