why did my hole cards suddenly become unseeable the other day?
can we have a legitimate answer as to why you guys spend so much $$$ on advertising and sponsoring pros when it's widely known you have the worst customer support(if you can even call it that) of any major site? -
Are you guys going to ever step up and do a better job with customer support? Such as faster email response?

I believe one of the people posting on the ftpdoug account had the middle name of doug. Which obviously lowers how much compensation you should receive for said deception.

Can he share any info on the "new rewards program"? When is it going into effect? What are some (even just teaser) details on the new program? How will it effect Iron Man, RB, etc?

Why do you guys magically grant some of your existing users rakeback but continue to act like you can only get it as a new user. I for one have emailed back n forth for over a year WITH NO LUCK, yet I know of many users who were in the same situation as me, suddenly recieve rakeback. Can you explain this process and why some are granted RB and some are not?
With all of the promotional campaign's to attract new users to sights and rewards programs, What insentive does FTP actively provide its existing users to continue to play on their site? I lose 1000's every year because of no rakeback/rewards program!!
Its pretty ridiculous. I've played on your site for more than 5 years and "new users" get to reap this benefit and I don't?
Plz explain this to me from a business standpoint/perspective.

Is Fulltilt poker ever gonna introduce a 'hide player' feature like stars has?
some players such as myself would like to be able to play and others not know im actually online
also why dont Fulltilt have HU cash tables for all levels? why does it only start at .25/.50c ? -
1) Any plans to upgrade support?
2) Any plans to run another "Take 2" promotion?
3) Was Islidur1 compensated when a known pro on your site was data mining against him for huge money?
4) Any plans to introduce games in other currencies (specifically Euro)?
5) How many people have posted under FTPDoug and how many times has "FTPDoug" been banned from P5's for having multiple people use the same account? -

I can easily put in 5000 FT points worth of volume in a couple days but can't always get 200 FT points 25 days in a calendar month to qualify for Ironman due to work / family / social commitments.
I think FTP is missing out on a lot of extra rake they could be taking in from people like myself who grind a lot but can't everyday. I myself have nearly 9000 points for the first half of February alone (with a 9-5) and many of those days are just enough to get my 200 points for the day. If there was a monthly / yearly program in place I would think FTP would get a lot more volume from customers like myself.
Also, I would like to know if FTP plans on doing their "Race to the Main Event" promotion they've done in previous years and if so approx. when it will launch.
One more thing....any chance you want to throw a Rush Poker Bonus my way?

why does your support staff dodge issues concerning software, etc by blaming it on users at first, then later come back with updates, admitting they were actually issues?
when will the support response times improve?
do you guys ever read the forums and seriously consider what people beg and plead for you to add/fix? -
Can you please reduce late reg for super turbos to 5 mins or less? It is currently 10 mins, which seems kind of crazy for a super turbo.

How come when I emailed support about someone openly admitting that multiple people use the same account I never got an answer after 3 months? When I ask how the investigation is going, I get the same cookie cutter response "we're unable to divulge information in an ongoing investigation". THen I ask if the investigation is actually ongoing or has it been closed, do they tell me they cant give me any information whatsoever.
I am a player contributing thousands of dollars a year in rake, yet I feel like I am not being protected. When I ask questions about being cheated out of money, I am never given any answers. Isn't the rake I am paying suppose to buy me some protection? Why am I not allowed to ask any questions? -
lol i think it makes sense.....in a super turbo you only get 300 chips so if you register an hour late when the blinds are more than your starting stack, you are either going to double up or gg. more people = more money. so ya i praise leaving it open an hour for super turbos

Tournament Suggestions:
- $24+2 turbo MTT's
- There is a general lack of O8 MTT's at varying levels.
- Replace the 5 PM $24+2 PLH game with a rotation of other events - HORSE, Razz, PLO, Limit, PLO8, Limit Holdem and PLH.
Customer Service Suggestions:
- Get a phone number
- Respond to URGENT requests urgently
Software
- Introduce a bunch more avatars - there haven't been any new ones in over a year
- When you get moved from one table to another, the old window should close
- Normalize your late registration rules (Guarantees - through 5th level, Non-Guarantees - through 2nd level, Satellites - through 1st level) -
a live chat would be better than a phone number (lets face it, they're never going to open a phoneline but a live chat is more realistic and out of respect for paying customers there should be at least one of the two)
would be great to see a few turbo 45's and 180's to rival the stars games, copy it but do it better (and you'll never go wrong) -
How do you become eligible for the Bank Transfer? I tried to cashout, gave all my info, pressed process once done and it immediately told me i was declined?

OK. I guess I should re-phrase it then to read super turbo mtt sats. I played one today and it ended in 30 mins. By the time late reg was closed there were seats being awarded to more than half of the remaining players.
I agree on the super turbo mtts...keep it open as long as they want as long as the tourney isn't near the money bubble. -
oh and
if my tables don't start closing when I'm moved ... I'm going to quit playing on your site
