Because of the way the loyalty program is set up I only get rewards that compete with the rakeback on other sites if I focus my play exclusively at stars. Players (like me) who might play part of the time at Stars end up splitting their time among other sites because Stars isn't competitive if you are not getting to the SuperNova or SE levels. Are there any changes coming that might fix this issue?

Hello Bryan

Thank you for doing this and thank P5s for arranging. I am a long part time player now, almost playing exclusively on Stars, and I have a couple of questions and suggestions.

(1)- Why doesn't pokerstars hire a position like "Urgency Support Representives" who can deal with final table chops and potential scamming situations, cheating etc? Seems like a waste of resources to have 24 hour instant chat support when more important issues could be handled be this type of resource.

My suggestion would be to get rid of Chat Moderators all together and change them to "Urgency Support Representives", its an adult site and if someones chat is offensive, it can easily be blocked. Seems completely unneccessary to me to have Chat moderators when offensive chat can be easily blocked by your software

(2)- Any plans to get a final table deal system in place like FTP has?

(3)- Any plans to get some higher stakes PL08 MTTs? Currently the daily schedule is flooded with a lot of micro buy ins under 5$ and these have done well in increasing popularity of the game but are not interesting to a lot of low/midstake players.

I think a few more mid stakes games in early evening maybe a 55$ or 81$ might be successful. Would also be nice if you had satts to the 55$ and 109$, currently none exist.

1) Are there plans to sync a break on sngs (55 minutes past hour)? (see previous poster also wants this)

5) Will you be introducing any tournaments that the euro steps can be used (i.e. maybe a weekly 215 euro tourney that is euro time friendly)?

Hey Bryan as a player that plays almost exclusively at Full Tilt i will give you a few reasons why and hope that a few changes are made to your site so that i would be more willing to start playing there as well.

-Your payout structure for the most part is ridiculously bad

-Your mtt structures for most $11-55 buyins are bad and too fast (less playability)

i would like to see some levels added

-I do not like that you have late registration of 1hr on the guaranteed tournaments.

15-a max of 30 minutes is fine but i find 1hr online being the equivalent of 4-5 hrs live and that is too much.

-Your timebanks do not reset

i would at least like the timebanks reset at Final Tables

-Your timebanks are not visual until you actually get into your alotted extra time

this needs to be changed to numeric visuals at all times

overall i hear your support staff does an excellent job and that is a plus but i still have a major problem with enough to keep me away on a consistent basis

Tournaments
- Improved pay schedules (at a minimum, get rid of the incremental increases in the lowest levels - make the first 50% of the prize scale the same amount and increase the payouts for the positions before the final 18);
- Please add non-NLHE turbos w/ guarantees to the early evening schedules (for the 9-5'ers who want to get in a decent tournament and not play NLHE or for 7 hours)
- Add more 3000 chip hyper-turbo games (the 23:23 game is awesome and I would play more if there were more on the schedule).
- I still miss the partypoker shootout tourneys where the top 3 players on each SNG table advance and their stacks carry over to next table (after 3 rounds, play is completed as an MTT).
- Make late registration fixed for all events: guaranteed events - 6 levels, non-gtd - 3 levels (don't make it time based because you have different events with different level durations)
- Cash out options for steps (maybe you get cash minus the associated rake - $75 cash out instead of $82) - discourages cash outs but still provides option.

Service
- Add a deal button similar to FTP
- Allow chat to be filtered or unfiltered.

Promotions
- Bonuses for knocking out stars Pros (no t-shirts, but maybe FPP points)

Other
- Why don't you publish the names of players who have been banned or suspended. I can go online and find out the names of felons in my area - why can't I found out who all the cheaters are. Especially since I could get in trouble for (unknowingly) associating with banned players.
- Please allow for screen name changes (they only thing that travels with the person is the notes). Use Cake's model for this (I'm sure you folks have Lee Jones' number).

explore the likelihood of the NAPT or any various stars' circuits returning to Mexico following the LAPT debacle in Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico, or however the city is spelt or spelled.

could stars handle registrations at their live events better? for whatever reason, people were asked to wire money to stars weeks ahead or wire money to the casino in berlin like at least a week ahead for the main, or for the side events, for whatever reason, 300 people were told to just pile up and push and wait for two hours to register for the side event. obviously there are restrictions on tables/space/dealers/everything, but adopting anything, a ticket slip system, allowing preregistrations, god forbid even stars, an online pokersite, could allow their clientele to allocate some of their online funds towards registration for THEIR tournament.

i mean why have to have anyone platinum star or super nova or supernova elite to register for any of yuor tournaments is beyond inane, let these fields flourish. let the players who want to play and travel to these events get in these things. let them register online, for everything, wasn't that the point of leaving behind the W$ system ffs? people manipulating currency exchanges, well now we have different currency accounts, and people ARE STILL BEING ASKED TO GET T EUROS or something, theres not even a real market for that either yet, no one knows where to get them. the high roller would most certainly have facilitated dozens more online players entries, which obviously is a two way street, but throw out a bone, make everything easier for everyone, i know you can do stuff like this on certain stops of the tour, or at certain events, obviously nothings an issue at the pca, but really, c'mon, make this easier for everyone

I've always been a Cake/Full Tilt guy but recently considering playing on pokerstars.

I've been checking some of the guaranteed tournamants from about 9pm (CST) to later in the night, and there are really not many decent guaranteed tournaments for the $10-$30 range. FTP offers a $11 20k Midnight Madness that is pretty good, but if you guys were to throw in a couple of really good guarantees during those hours then you would have a significant competetive edge. Any chance of working on this? Thanks!

I might be a little late here, but...

I have noticed when I tile tables on stars I cant seem to tile two seperate groups of tables on two diffrent monitors, they all feed and tile on one monitor (the main one), when I click the tile table button.

I know on FTP you can tile tables on both monitors by placing what tables u want on each monitor, hit tile tables (one on the 1st and and again on the 2nd) and they will tile accordingly.

Am I missing something here? If not I would love to see this changed.
