1. Here is another great promo from UB. I really like the way they are trying a lot of new stuff, such as signing of the new pros and new schedule. All the BIG overlays are a bonus too! There is a lot more on the way. H0

The Ultimate Popularity Contest
Refer your friends for a free shot at Aruba
Between June 15th and July 15th, popularity rules at UltimateBet. That's because we're giving away seats in an exclusive $10,000 freeroll to the 200 UltimateBet players who refer the most friends to play at UB.
Enemies and acquaintances will do just fine as well. You'll want to tap into your social circle and antisocial triangle because you'll earn one point on our Refer-a-Friend leaderboard for every player you refer who registers a new UltimateBet account.

On July 15th at 11:59:59pm ET, we'll take a look at that friendly leaderboard. If you're in the top 200, you'll win a seat in our Refer-a-Friend freeroll to be held July 19th where an $8,500 Aruba Poker Classic prize package for first place and $1,500 in tournament dollars spread out between places 2nd through 20th are on the line.

Better Friends = More Chips

Here's where it gets interesting. While your position on the leaderboard is determined by how many players you refer, your starting chip stack is actually determined by the RAI$E status levels of your referred players.

Every player in the tournament will start with at least 500 starting chips. As your referred players rise through the RAI$E ranks, we'll keep adding chips to your starting chip stack. The number of chips you can earn depends on how far up the RAI$E ladder each player climbs:

MEMBER = 500 additional chips
PLAYER = 1000 additional chips
CONTENDER = 1500 additional chips
LEGEND = 2000 additional chips
ICON = 4000 additional chips

The number of chips you receive for each loyalty level reached are cumulative so, for example, if one of the players you referred climbs his or her way to Icon status, you'll start the tournament with 9500 in chips. That's because you'll earn 500 more chips on top of your original 500 when that player hits Member status. As the individual reaches Player status, you'll earn an additional 1000 chips on top of that. Add 1500, 2000, and 4000 to your chip stack for the Contender, Legend and Icon status levels he or she reaches and you'll have 9500.

Remember, it's not just about how many players you refer. It's also about what kind of player each one is. If you refer 10 players but none of them play, you won't earn any additional chips on top of the original 500. The best way to earn extra chips is to refer players who will elevate their RAI$E status by playing online poker.

As more of your referred players climb the RAI$E ladder, you'll keep earning additional chips. Best of all, there is no cap on the number of chips you can start the tournament with.

Ultimate Bet? Isn't that the place you were telling me allowed owners to cheat their customers out of many 100's of thousands and to this day hasn't come clean about it?
-Yeah, but they got this great promo and I can get into a freeroll to a live tournament if you and others sign up based on my recommendation.
