Friend had to go so I'm playing the 5r for him, I am abusing the final table bubble picking up 2/3 of the pots and no one is doing anything about it, 88 is ahead of his range but calling could end the bubble and my chance to pick up chips.

Another hand at the final table, opponent has been fairly agressive and qq is destroying his range, a shove will probably only get called by aces and kings since our stacks are so deep and there is such a steep pay structure. Whats best line to extract max value?

imo folding to keep the bubble intact is a risky play but occasionally worth it.
In your situation I dont think you have to call off those chips in what will probobly be a race. If you are really winning 3/4 of the pots uncontested fold here, you dont lose any face and will be able to gather more chips with a smaller risk.
IF you had raised and were repoopped I would prop go with it because you want people to know you are raising with real hands and that you cant be pushed around.
