Thinking about making withdrawal. Last time I cashed out they were having problems but eventually got my money. Best option: wire or transfer? I used both and got $50 from them using transfer cause it took so long. Know anything about "MyWallett"?
-
My last w/d was Dec 20th, havent seen it yet... Its still within the 15 bus day window, but these used to come in a couple days... Def irritating not knowing when the money is coming...
-
Glad I am not the only one... Hopefully it gets straightened out soon... Anyone else?
-
My last two regular bank transfer came in two days .
-
Yes.
I am waiting on 5 separate withdrawals now, and the oldest dates back to 11/14.
That's a 50 day wait time.
And one new issue that I have never experienced with FTP before, they have not responded to multiple e-mails I have sent them in the past 10 days.
I used to be one of the biggest advocates for FTP...I loved their support, customer service, and expedited cash outs.
This is all completely crushed now.
I also can not believe that this issue is not getting more attention than it is. -
I've been waiting on a check since December 4th... :(
-
Since 11/17 here
-
Waiting on multiple checks, longest being since Dec 7. I emailed them asking about any delays and got a swift response something to the effect of "Tough shit, we processed it, gl!"
-
requested a premium bankwire on Monday, in my account this morning
-
Wire transfer received within 2 days last week.....

this is what i don't understand; why doesn't a foreign company with owners who can stand to NOT come to america open up shop and process the payments of ft and stars? they could corner the market. seems the problems come from those who attempt to do this, then their execs come to america for a visit and are arrested just as soon as they touch down on our soil.
the execs are pressured and threatened with lengthy jail terms and fines in exchange for them stopping all finanacial transactions with the online poker companies. if i were a foreign national with the means to do so, i would IMMEDIATELY set up a payment processing company, sit back and make millions from the endeavor and would have no qualms about ever visiting the usa. -
That's all well and fantastic, but when the banks aren't allowing the transactions to process and are the ones sending the moneys back to FTP like in WA, then what?
