I think he never has K's full here with the Turn check on that board. I think he either has AK/AA here. Then again, he can put you on a pretty tight 3bet range this early which would make it pretty easy to play KK this way even with this board.

If he had AK here that was terrible

I didnt even see his stack... I think 99 could be in his range to then
