  1. quick question, im 37bb deep and i raise utg with AKo, i get 3 bet by a guy who has me outchipped in the next pos., should i shove or call here???, lemme know what u think, i have been fairly active at the table and the guy 3betting has been somewhat tight for a 6 handed structure

  2. With the amount of info provided, its probably impossible to give you any advice. I think it depends on stage of the tourney, the size of the 3bet and the stack size of your opponent. I know you mentioned he had you outchipped, but chip counts will help, because they could have an influence on his 3bet range.

With that said, as long as you are going to have more than 25bb after calling the 3bet, I might consider calling and reevaluating on the flop. He could very easily have a small pair and will show a propensity to fold after high cards fall, so you might be able to take it away from him on the flop or turn. Also, if any combination of broadways come, you may determine that you are beat as I'd guess AJ+ is probably his unpaired range, thus, trouble flops have two or more cards of T+. Although, I'm not that worried about two broadways that don't include an ace, but do include a king (not sure if that makes sense, but if you put him on AJ+ for unpaired hands, a flop of JK4 is not as scary as JA4 for example)

  3. I would go ahead and wager all of my chips preflop. Postflop poker is overrated imo.
