FTP Blackcard Support?!?!

    I sent 2 emails to ftp blackcard support, sure they were quick to respond, by saying they forwarded my email. Then you just wait and wither like everyone else does. The first email I sent was on Dec 28th asking about WPT satellites/why they don't have LAPC sats this year or let us pick which WPT we want to play and the other on the 31st about getting tickets to the Australian Open since I read on a 2+2 thread that they were giving tickets to blackcard members.

    Obv still no response yet...

    Just posting to see how long it took for other people to get replies and to put out there another one of the many failures by FTP in general and to its players. The blackcard support is supposed to be faster apparently, but I guess its relative to how absurdly fucking slow their normal support is.
