FTP cancels tournament because?

    I entered into a 200 dollar buy in stud tournament they were offering, only to have it canceled just before it started, it had like 14 registered and guaranteed of 5000, with a pro host i think violet or something, what is the point of a gurantee if you cancel the tourney at a sign of not making the gurantee. I enjoy stud tourneys and was looking forward to it, kind of left me bitter. How many times does FTP do this I am kind of new to FTP. thanks.

    i looked at next weeks tourney it says 16 people min

    well i guess thats alright, but they did not even give it chance for late registering

    its prob auto i mean can they really cancel it if its 10 mins in and only 15 there?

    16 minimum, 5k guarantee? Not a lot of wiggle room between the minimum (3.2k) and the guarantee, 25 people. Seems silly to have it there at all.

    true the 200 40k nl tourney is only 6 min guess they no it will fill?
