Yesterday I had the most recent version of Symantec Client Firewall installed on my computer. My other poker clients all run fine, but I'm having trouble connecting to Full Tilt. When I run it, it immediately jumps to a "Trying again" message for 10-15 seconds before returning with "Sorry - unable to connect to server".
For the techno-geeks out there, or just anyone experienced with the Symantec firewall, is there some port I need to open up in the firewall to make FTP work? I tried re-installing the software with the Symantec client activated, which didn't help. -
Looks like the firewall blocked it. Uninstall it under Control Panel and then try to log into FT.

Urm, If you open up the firewall, it should give you a list of all the programs that try to access the internet. It also tells you wether the program is permitted or not. You should be able to find FTP on the list and unblock it so it is permitted to internet access.

I've had problems connection to things when I had a Mircosoft Firewall and a Symantec Firewall running at the same time. Use one or the other not both....you might want to check that. Disable on of them
