    Last Monday i staked a kid and sent him a player to player transfer he told me he didn't recieve the money so i sent an email to support asking them where it went from my personal email account. The kid got the money later i found out but i emailed them from a different email that i signed up with no big deal right. WRONG. Next thing u know my account is locked i get emails telling me to send them picture id and utility bills. Im only seperating from the military for good this week and have to stop by 100 places to outprocess,but sure i can stop by fed ex and fax u what u need. So i do and what do u know they cant read my license to verify my age. So i send them a scanned document, a picture from my computer, and from my digital camera. Then i get an email saying my account is under investigation for having a fradulent account or i might have multiple accounts and it will take 48-72 hours to get cleared up. Well ive sent numerous emails the past 4 days my account is still locked from last monday and i haven't receieved any word on if they got my verification processed yet from the pics i sent in. Its got to a point where i need to find out whose dick do i have to suck to get an update on my account, i only have 1 acct and ive did nothing malicous or fradulent. How do u make over a million a day on rake and u sponsor the most pro players and u dont have a PHONE NUMBER OR A INSTANT MESSAGE chat are u kidding me.

    Doesn't surprise me, full tilt fucking sucks. Hacker stole $13k from me and they are blaming it on me.

    You think it is their fault you got hacked?

    I'd be pissed if someone got in my account, but look at Annette. I feel sorry for her problems, but she was the one that let herself get hacked. Not UB's fault.

    Security can be a pain in the ass, but on the other hand if we didn't have these procedures, people grill us for not being secure.

    Thx doug,

    I actually got an email from them today but it didn't help they said my photo id email i sent they haven't read because there are 94 people ahead of me. I sent u some of the emails ive been getting throughout the week..Thx again for taking the time to look into this.
