Hello Kevin,
Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker Support.
On October 17, we performed unscheduled maintenance to our game servers, which may have caused temporary connection issues for some players.
We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and hope to have our software fully operation shortly. In the meantime, you can check our system status at any time by visiting our website: http://www.fulltiltpoker.com/systemStatus.php
Thank you again for your patience and understanding while we fully restore our game software, and if you have any other questions, please let us know.
Regards,
Giovanni

I was playing in 4 games while the Full Tilt networks were having connectivity issues at around 3:30 am EST. I'm certain I missed hands in tourney ID#s 122859693 and 112859821. The table dynamics were definitley not the same on the numerous times I was disconnected then reconnected. Blind levels were different, chips stacks were different, etc... It was clear we all were reconnected at different times and hands were played without me.
I would like to request a refund of the buy ins. The were $55 and $36 for a total of $91.
I appreciate the help in this matter.

She side stepped that ugly talk of refunds quite eloquently imo.

It seems like he just read one key word "connectivity" and sent out that canned letter without even really reading it to see what I needed...
-
pretty sure FTP has templates for different scenarios and spams them out upon request.

I know you're talkin' 'bout poker, and I'm happy for you, and I'm 'a let you finish, but Amazon.com has the greatest, most realistic form letter e-mails OF ALL TIME.

Full Tilt Advertising budget: Whatever it costs to run a "phil ivey plays poker and you should too!" ad twice every commercial break of every poker show there ever was ever.
Full Tilt Customer Service budget: Whatever it costs for Howie sludgeface Lederer to make a email account that says Giovanni@FTP.com and never ever check it ever in his life never. -
I'll post whatever response I get. I'm not holding my breath...
