I staked a guy called james bourne from uk on never beg his name is bourke101 on ftp i made an error and sent to bourke1, 3hrs ago
i straight away sent email to ftp asking to reverse this!
Now this guy is playing my money!! he hasnt played for 30 days now he is playing the 35k with my money.
i think it could be same player anyway seems odd both uk players.
3hrs still no answer from support and 4 emails
any ideas guy -

It's your own fault. Be careful and double check next time. Don't be careless.
FWIW, be more clear. You sent him $75 and now he is playing the 35K GUARANTEE -
They are going to lock his account and your account until this gets cleared up.

but seriously, if someone sent me 75 bucks on accident i would either not notice, or notice and think, cool, full tilt sent me some kind of bonus. I doubt i would even check my transfer history and if i did, not really sure what i'd do. Like to think i'd look you up and say Dude, thanks for the money, but why? and then send back, but just can't say until it happens -

How do we know that this guy knows he's playing with someone else's money? I mean, I normally don't check the Cashier screen first thing when I sign in, because I normally remember how much is in my account.

The guy hasn't played a tourney in over 30 days and his average buyin is $16. Pretty hard for him to deny that he didn't see the transfer email and jumped on to play a bigger buyin tourney.
With that said, I'm not sure that he has any obligation to return the money. -
were you planning on staking a guy into this tourney? it'd be a pretty big coincidence if you were, shipped the $ to the wrong guy, and he entered this tourney with it just on a whim. Still, sounds like you backed a good horse...
