But seriously, every week I read about hacked accounts. What mistakes are happening here?

I have Mcafee Security.

I DO NOT download any files or open any e-mails that I am not 100% certain who is the sender.

I DO NOT leave my password open on my account.

I change the password often.

The password is long & varied.

It seems most hacked accounts are given access by being careless.

Forgive my ignorance, but how else can our accounts be "hacked". Are we safe if this the only measures we take? Or are more needed? and what kind?
