FTP Iron Man End of Year Bonus

    Can someone help explain to me what is going on with this bonus structure. I qualified in 2007 to get about $775 in this FTP Iron Man End of Year bonus. To me, the rules read that you would recieve $.05 for every FTP point earned in January of 2008 up to your max amont which was $775 for me. I earned about 10,000 points so I should be getting about $500 in bonus.

    My email request in the beginning of January was replied saying that this was the case and I would receive my bonus shortly after the end of January. I just emailed FTP to ask what was going on with this payout and they emailed me back like I had two heads and they didn't know what I was asking about. Then they re-iterated the rules of my current bonus which is one of those $75 thank you for playing a lot bonuses which is also points based rewarded. I've emailed then back twice againa nd no response since then.

    Can someone explain if I missing something or if it just FTP's slow a$$ customer service again. Maybe a ftpdoug sighting will help.....

    I recieved mine in January once i cleared it. Idk, seems like you should have recieved what you cleared by now.

    you had the whole month of January to clear as much as you could.

    If I had to guess (and this is just a guess) I'd say you didn't opt-in and qualify for any level of Iron Man for December. If you did opt-in, I'll look into why you didn't get anything.

    When I dodn't receive anything I recently emailed them again with the attached email above for reference on February 4th

    Why has a large portion of this amount still not posted to my account?

    I then got this response on February 5th:

    Hello Brian,

    Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker Support.

    In order for your bonus money to accrue, you must earn a certain number
    of points.

    Basically, for every dollar raked from a pot that you are dealt cards
    for (you don't have to win the pot), you'll earn $0.06 towards your
    bonus.

    For every dollar of rake that you pay in a tournament or Sit and Go,
    you'll earn 7 Full Tilt Points, or $0.42 towards your bonus. For
    example, a $50+5 tournament will earn you $2.10 towards your deposit
    bonus.

    Click on "Bonus Account" under the cashier window to view information on
    any of your pending bonuses. Every $7.50 you earn will be deposited into
    your cash balance.

    If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know, and best of
    luck on the tables!

    What the hel did that mean? Lol, that didn't answer any questions! I emailed them back early yesterday and still no response. Sorry about the lengthy emails, but I am a little low on money in my FTP account and want to play the FTOPS events coming up. I don;t feel like transfering money if I don;t have to. I attached these in case ftpdoug does happen to step in.

    See above. I emailed them about opting in and they said I was definitely in!!!
