So I just got a new Mac Pro (which shipped with Leopard) and just sat down to play a bit on Full Tilt and noticed that the software seems really buggy. At first, while I could log in and see the lobby, I couldn't get any tables to open. After uninstalling FTP and trashing the prefs, I got the software somewhat functional, but it seems to crash randomly when doing things like checking the handhistory or the stats. I dug around on google and searched the board here, but haven't really seen much about FTP and Leopard.
Have any other Mac users had experience with Full Tilt and Leopard? (pokerstars runs beautifully btw) -
My girlfriend runs Leopard and FTP and she hasn't had problems except for trying to update it once. She just uninstalled/reinstalled and it worked fine.
She also said FTP sent out an e-mail when Leopard first released saying there were some issues and to just un/reinstall so that seems to be the way to go if you're having issues -
my cards straight up disappeared in the middle of a hand once while i was playing on my mac, so i guess you could say its still kind of buggy. lol

Well theres Faaaaa-q's well informed opinion and then there is Fortune's January 09, 2008Apple a year ahead of the competitionAccording to Philip Elmer-DeWitt (Fortune), Gene Munster, an analyst with Piper Jaffray, believes that Apple is “effectively one year ahead of its competition.” Munster made the observation after touring the 2008 Consumer Electronics show and seeing reflected in the products there displayed unmistakable evidence of Apple’s achievements in hardware design, touchscreen devices, and ecosystem connectivity. Looking forward to “Apple’s Macworld announcements (1/15),” Munster expects Apple to set a similar “bar for CES ’09.”
