ftp mobile digipass app

    I used to use the digipass app on my iphone but it broke and I had to get a replacement one. I downloaded the digipass app on the new phone and it says i need to enter a serial number to activate it. The problem is I'm no longer logged into ftp and don't know how I'll be able to get back in until they respond. ANyone have this problem/know wat to do?
