Why isnt Full Tilt responding to customer's emails? I have sent 3 in the past 4-5 days and nothing..
what a joke of a product, i have given up on them. -
One, it normally takes a few days.
Two, they just released a chaotic piece of garbage update that everybody and their pet monkey had problems with and prolly got like 340612436129378461278934 emails bitching about it, so they might be a little slow right now.
They are a joke, that's no doubt, but the product is good, not the service. Make the distinction, deal with it, and have patience, grasshopper. -
thanks for the reply, i have taken my money out, i refuse to support a site that cant get its shizz together.
-
maybe you need to check your email account. i sent them an email and got a reply a few hours later.
-
I'm giving it 66% chance that you need to read lee jones article on how to get what you want out of support.
-
I have received nothing but quality service from FullTilt for 4 years.
-
I think someone needs to write an article titled "A List of Poker Site Responsibilities to Their Customers". People tend to be a lot more civil in their dealings when they know the next call they make can be to the Better Business Bureau or any number of the thousands of consumer advocacy groups out there.

People don't have that option with online poker. They're entirely dependent on the benevolence of the site. I don't condone being unpleasant in your dealings with sites‚ but it's starting to tilt me seeing all these references to an article that's basically telling you that if you're getting it in the ass‚ adding "please" to the request to remove the foreign body is your only option. There are other options‚ just not in the online poker market.

yah, i had it with ftp, ive trying to deposit for 3 days now and i keep getting a
"cannot establish a secure connection to server" error.. they havent replied to me and its been 3 days.... so screw them im out....
it does suck i banned myself from stars though...lol i meant to hit 6 weeks but musta hit 6 months... blame it on tha aaaa a aaa a aaaaalcohollll....
UB it is *sigh* -
I think it's always a good idea to continue sending emails when the first one doesn't get replied to immediately. It definitely won't increase backlog/wait times and you will look highly professional and courteous.
Well played, sir. -
Haha you're an idiot, the better business bureau doesn't with off shore poker sites managed by a few indians in a tee-pee in Ireland.
-
lol @ this. Being civil is a lost art amongst consumers especially when they can bitch to someone else.
-
I think you're the idiot as you didn't read what he said, or well comprehend.

I agree in that we need to be somewhat nice when sending emails to complain. But, FTP and any other site we are playing on with real money is using us and our money to make a nice profit for their company and it shouldn't be too much to ask for a speedy response from "customer" service when a paying customer has a legitimate issue.
I can understand the delay in responding if the site is being bombarded with emails, but receiving a BS generic response is ridiculous. Heck, the crappy BoDog site even has an actual 800# to call when you have a problem and stars email responses are usually fast and top notch also. I don't understand why Tilt refuses to pick up the pace and hire some actual people to address the issue of customer email response delays. I guess it's because they don't have to. This is the main reason I don't and will not play at FTP. -
I don't play there because of the absence of an 800 # for Customer Support, too.

Well, that and it seems like every other day there's a thread about someone's account get jacked. -
they respond almost instantly if you are polite and professional, not joking
-
so the then tell me your opinion on why some get instant service and others it takes days? You people have apparently never worked a day in the service industry. Get a clue. Or at least try to be a decent human being if nothing else.
