FTP Sat ends after tourney starts

    Has this ever happened to anyone else? I was in a $100+9 satellite for the HORSE FTOPS Event #3. I didn't already have an entry to it, so i figured I'd give this a shot as a last chance. Getting towards the money, the field was holding steady, with the top 11 getting entry and 12th getting $115. Well, Event 3 started at 9, and 12th place wasn't eliminated until 9:05. So instead of getting the entry, I got the $535 deposited directly to my account.

    I'm not entirely disappointed, I guess.. Money is money. But if they guarentee seats to a tournament, doesn't it seem like they should be awarded somehow? In this case, it wouldn't have cost FTP too much to overlay the satellite with 12 people left and give everyone a seat.

    this has happened on PS before, and they delay the main tourney until all sat's into it are done. it's obv poor planning.

    My biggest fear is winning a sunday million seat after the ungester period ends and having to play it. Came real close one time.
