    So FTP replied to my e-mail in under 12 hours (i know sick brag)

    Seems you can buy a token for $25 or a mobile token for $15 anyway heres the e-mail. First time dealing with their support and am quite impressed after hearing all their bad press.

    Happy days, they took $25 from my FTP account credited me with the points and my security token has been ordered. Have to say I am impressed with the efficiency of the support and very gratefull

    If u have points, what would be the better option to get a token: use points or pay real $? Anyone know the conversion?

    Points are better if you aren't going to use the points for anything else, because you really only lose 27% of the price in rakeback.

    Does it matter any between the Hardware key vs the mobile key?

    no not at all, went for the physical key myself as i keep it with my stars rsa token on a keyring

    makes no difference to security level
