ftp software help

    So i have not played since October, I open ftp and it needs to be updated...fine so i click the ok button after the software tells me this..... and nothing happens. I end up having to download ftp again, I log in as a existing account with success, however when I click on the cashier it has no tabs or real money information, all it says is my personal information and a play money balance. I emailed support but if anyone knows what the deal is, any information would be appreciated.

    Did you download the .net version?

    i had problems updating my ftp too, i would click ok to the update and then nothing would happen. i ran the program as admin and then it worked
