FTP support appreciation

    i recently had my email account hacked and it sent out some SPAM emails. apparently one went to full tilt and the froze my account. after some swift emails back in forth they confirmed who i was and released my account


    i keep hearing horror stories about how slow they are to respond, but i had 3-4 emails returned in less then an hour.


    i commend them for stepping up their game, and appreciate everything they've done for me tonight.

    FTP's support still sucks ass! Been 4 days since I sent them an email and still nothing. Worst in the fucking industry.

    reading threads constantly complaining about FT support is the main reason I choose not to play there. stars have never ever taken more than an hour to reply.

    Ill also vouch for ftp support, had issues with getting disconneted in an airport on the way to vegas and since i was able to actually watch my chips get blinded out they refunded the buyin which is really not to big of deal but def not mandatory on there part. Thru that time i had 3-4 emails exchanged within a hour as well

    I tend to never get a response within a day at ftp. stars very fast.

    Has by far the worst customer service takes 2 days to return email and over 30 days to get a check from them

    Never really had a problem with Full Tilt Support either, have had a small sample size but every time I email them seem to get one back in about an hour...just my two cents though lol

    I have played there full time for over a year, and I have actually never had a reason to contact support in that time period. That must count for something.

    i always here these storys about how bad they are but ive never had a problem myself. Always less than 24 hrs.
