FTP support...the worst

    I made a post a week or so ago about withdrawal problems I was having on FTP. I have had check withdrawals processing since Oct. 9th. After repeated emails they finally told me they had technical difficulties and would have to put the money back in my account to re-request a withdrawal. OK, no big deal...put it back in and I'll start over. Finally on the 15th I was told they would have it back into my account WITHIN 72 hours...well 72 hrs has now been 144hrs and nothing from them.

    This is so frustrating because I was one of those that had huge problems with them 2 or 3 months back when it took over a month to get my checks. They never do what they say and as most ppl know they're not huge fans of communication with the customers. So, here I am on the 21st and my money has been sitting under "processing" since the 9th.

    So, has anyone else had these problems recently with FTP? If so, have you had any resolve?

    sorry i cant complain with you, ive gotten my checks within 5 days the last few weeks

    Which is why this is even more frustrating. I haven't had any friends that had problems recently and I've seen noone else complaining of problems on the forums.

    So I mention this and they assure me several others were affected by the same problem. My real frustrations come from when they tell it will be fixed by a certain day...then we are now several days past this day and they don't respond or give any updates.
