    I just would like you to know that I am boycotting Full Tilt Poker until you get a customer support team that does not ban peoples chats for a month for saying "I think naming your pieces is gay" and then not responding to emails for 3 days. Ya, it sucks that I will not be playing FTOPS, but its the principle.

    LIKE SERIOUSLY, ban people for saying shit about hands in the middle of the hands. That type of shit is flat out ridiculous. AND SERIOUSLY, get more support.

    stars support would not take 3+ days to answer emails. THey would respond within the hour.

    Who cares if support doesn't respond to your dumb ass? It's a pointless email that only clutters their system and prevents real emails from getting answered.

    why in the world should his chat be banned for saying "gay"? it's not like he called someone gay, he was comparing gay to stupid (which is what everyone does now).... so would his chat be banned if he said "I think naming your pieces is stupid"? no, clearly not.

    Oh and for clarification, I do not think naming your pieces is necessarily stupid. You just need a verrrrrrrry good name for it not to be.
