Full Tilt blocked my account while im playing

    Im on full till playing horse right now and i have no options to bet call fold etc. I can see all my hole card and chat with people. I restarted and it says I cant play becasue I live in Washington. Ive never been to Washington and I live in Minnesota. I emailed support no response

    :( sucks, they have the worst customer service to... prolly wont get a response for a while

    this is the same problem the guy posted a few hours ago was having. but he wasnt playing. your internet ip is coming out of washington. take a pic of your id and send it to tilt support. they sent the other guy email says were looking into it. hopefully it works out for you.

    I don't know about that. from what I understand you can only do that in emergencies. I don't think Full Tilt would consider it an emergency when they purposely locked the account.

    i would almost put money on it. that his account his blocked cause his ip is coming out of washington...

    My Internet went down because of bad weather in MN so I had to connect my comp to my phone and use the 3g. It was working for about 30 min then Full Tilt blocked me from making any actions in the game .So Im assuming my Ip address from my phone was from washington.
