So I went in Sunday to log in for a nice fun day. I was humming the great NFL song "I'm feeling kind of Sunday, Sunday." My password for some reason doesn't work. I type it in again and it doesn't work. At this point, I'm confused and decide to reset my password. It gets sent to my email and I try it. It still doesn't work. I send at email asking what is going on with this with URGENT in the title because I really want to play the Sunday tourneys. After playing the other sites and being done, I check my email for the 20th time of the day with still no response. I send another email. As of now, almost 40 hours later, I still have no response. This is unbelievable that a business can get away with this. Not only do I have no peace of mind (worried about being hacked, money stolen, etc.), I still can't log on.

Hate to say this, but sounds like you been hacked.

I felt the same way for a long time. Their support is just terrible, among other things. I moved to stars several months ago, and haven't regretted it for a second.

I love how they send you an automated response first to make you feel all warm and fuzzy, making sure you know it has been forwarded to the correct department.
The correct department is in singapore and being forwarded means its on a donkey cart courrier -
This has got to be a sickening feeling and I feel bad for you. I had my own issues with FT support a few months back, however I did finally get it resolved. Its almost like there either understaffed or simply dont vaule their customers enough. ( in other words they dont give a fuck)
Where is FTDoug and /or his replacement. -
If you reply to the auto-generated response, you will get a very fast response from their support team (usually under an hour)--at least from my experience.

Same here back in Feb.. stars reaped the benefits as I stepped up my play there because I can trust their support will do the right thing without having to send 24 emails and waiting a few weeks.. I am just starting to play FTP again now, but have a feeling after reading another email like this I will regret this decision at some point..

Never played much on ft but i will say the email support from stars is brilliant. They replied to my question in under one hour the other day
