  1. Ok heres the story, I cashed out 1k on Feb. 13th for a check. I still have not got it yet. They said it would take 25-35 business days..I said ok. Anyways they tell me I should get it by Easter, a few emails later I never got it. I tell them a few weeks after that I want it back into my account, and they say they will forward it to the right department. Basically after a ton of emails, and a 26$ token, still no money yet. Here are most of the emails..VERY long gets good in apirl..also the newest are at the bottom..any suggestions what can I do, im very upset as you can see in the emails thxs.

    has is faster and more efficient. Your check should arrive shortly,

    Checks typically take 1 to 3 business days to process plus delivery
    time. Checks are delivered by regular mail and generally take 3 to 7
    business days to arrive. Delivery times to destinations outside the
    Continental United States will vary. You may also request overnight
    delivery for an extra charge of $25. This charge will be deducted from
    your FTP account; please do not include it in your requested withdrawal
    and ensure you have sufficient funds in your account to cover the
    charge. Check withdrawals between $2,500 and $5,000 will be sent
    overnight free of charge.

    I have reviewed your account and this is what I can tell you:

    Our new check processor was implemented on February 26th. All checks
    sent out from that date forwards will arrive between 6-10 business days
    (1-3 for processing and 5-7 for shipping.)

    Your check was sent out on February 13th, using our old processor. The
    quoted time of arrival was 25-35 business days.

    At this point it has been 24 business days, so your check should arrive
    next week or the week after. I know this is an extremely long time to
    wait, and this is one of the reasons we have changed processors.

    I am sorry if we have caused you any confusion. It was quoted to you
    that it will arrive in 25-35 business days at the time it was sent out
    so you never should have been told 5-7 days.

I tried to cashout a week ago, and they wanted ID and other crap, i sent it the next day. they are slow ass hell, then when they finally responded they wanted a different document, so i faxed them a bunch of personal crap. Now they finally say i can cashout. But i cashed out and its still processing after like 3 days, we'll see what happens. My roomate is trying to get his money off there, and they are even slower with him. Ive had at least 5 ppl mention to me this week they have had problems with FTP cashing out recently. They all have to send documents, but FTP says the resolution isnt clear enough, or send a different document, etc. Always something to prolong the misery.

    Mattg1983 tried to cashout 5k and they sent it somehow to his epassport account that he doesnt even have access to anymore. he deposited withepassport like 2 years ago, and since has used neteller, and recently checks, and all the sudden they send 5k on epassport instead of check, and act like its his problem. epassport wont let him get in his account, and FTP basically says its his problem even though they fuked up and should sort it out.

    UB pulling the same shit, except they just put the money back in my account with no email or responses. these sites have the nuts and make a Fortune of basically free money, and pull this shit all the time. Its gonna be funny when the sites get shut down for good and they dont make shit. karmas a bitch

  6. the thing is anyday now it will be over so as long as they take forever getting us your money the better for them!when we the us players cant play anymore they will take all of everbodys money and theres nothing we can do.there is a reason all of a sudden this is happening to us they know its close to being shut down and theres nothing we can do when it happens.

  15. Sorry to hear that people are struggling to get their $. As for me, I have had 2 check withdrawls the past 2 months that were done and in my hand within about 3 weeks. I also had a wire transfer that took all of 2 days.

  18. I'll never play on FTP again because of this. I haven't played on there in almost a year now, but I've been playing a lot lately and will begin branching out to other sites shortly. I play only on Bodog for the time being. I've withdrawn twice with them via Western Union. Both times the money has been there within 24 hours after I requested the cashout. If it's customer service and consistant withdraws you are seeking, I highly advise giving Bodog a shot.

  20. yeah, first time i tried to cash a check out, i sent all my info and stuff that even took a month or so to get my stuff all set..i dont understand..i hope FTP Doug will respond, other messages he responds real quick...this is just like a shitty dream, i neeed help!

    update..sent my last email last night ( sunday night around 8) still no respones..fucking awful support thats all i gotta say i dont care what people say...wtf do they need an extra 1000$ for?
