I've never had so many problems withdrawing lately, i finally run good at the cash tables and get excited but apparently i'll never see my money?!
Hello Anthony,
Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker Support.
We're sorry you are unable to locate your Bank Transfer withdrawal on your bank statement.
Here are the details of your Bank Transfer withdrawal:
Amount: $1500
Transfer Number: 05E1791A
Bank Account Number: ******3718
Date Approved: July 28th
Please note, funds transferred from your Full Tilt Poker account may not be listed as "Full Tilt Poker" on your bank statement, and the billing descriptor used may be unfamiliar to you. If you're unsure whether a transaction is from Full Tilt Poker, please email us the transaction details and we'll be happy to confirm them for you.
We recommend reviewing the statement that corresponds to the bank account number listed above, beginning with the date it was approved to the current date. If you are still unable to locate the transaction, please provide us with a copy of your bank statement from the original approval date until the current date so we can investigate further.
If you bank online and do not receive a paper statement, please send a screen shot of your online statement. Before sending copies of your document, please ensure the following requirements are met:
* The copies are clear and legible (96 to 150 DPI or higher recommended for scanned copies).
* The copies include the full document (bill/pay stubs, folded papers and partial sections are not accepted).
* It must display your full name and the same address listed on your Full Tilt Poker account.
* Statements must clearly display your bank's letterhead or official logo and must show your account number
* We can only accept email attachments of 3 MB or less, and attachments can be in either JPEG (.jpg) or PDF (.pdf) format.
Thanks in advance for your cooperation. If you have any other questions, please feel free to email us. We're always here to help.

I've sent proof that i've yet to recieve my funds and asked to send check and they decline...what should i do?
PS i have 3 pending withdrawals all over 7+ business days -
They claim that if it got declined the transfer would be returned back to my full tilt account but they said that the transfer has been accepted
-
Called my bank, said there's nothing they can do cause it has never hit my bank account/got declined and i have to deal w/the transfer on full tilts end...seriously wtf?
-
If I'm reading that e-mail correctly, tilt is willing to investigate further if you can provide the bank statement proving the money never posted to your account. If the statement shows no 1500 deposit from their processor, I'm sure they'll gladly refund your money. It's a hassle for sure but it is what it is.
-
As i said in the original post, i sent them snapshots of my bank account from the time period they requested. Its so easy for them to take your money but when u want it off the site, not so much.

Do you really think this is FTPs fault? Blame the fking UIGEA. It is 100% in FTPs interest to make sure all deposits and cashouts go as quickly and as smoothly as possible.

If this was done, than it's pretty messed up tilt won't refund the money. Did they email you back when you sent the snap shots?
-
pretty sure a snail would beat FTP support in a race
-
Quit cashing out every other day sheesh.

love this email...
