I'm posting to see if anybody else has been treated like this, and also in the faint hope that a full tilt representative might be able to sort this mess out.
Here goes...
1) A player I back shipped a big Sunday tourney and sent me my share via a series of FTP transfers. These transfers were approved at the time by FTP Cashier.
2) On Thursday I send an email FTP enquiring about the best way to make a cash out.
3) FTP email me back, saying my account has been blocked due to large transfers from this player and were seeking an explanation as well as proof of address plus identification etc.
4) I email them back late on Thursday night with the documentation. They still haven't even replied to my email (sunday night) or lifted the bar on my account. I emailed on Saturday too to ask what was going on. No reply. Obviously I have missed all the ftops since Thursday, and have been unable to send money to horses. This was all because I had the audacity to ask about cashing out.
My question's - If FTP had a problem with the transfers, why did they approve them? If they now have a problem with the cash out, why don't they just block my cash out facility while investigating and leave my account open. Also, why haven't they replied to my email 4 days after it was sent.
FTP reps, if you are there, a response would be nice. You take a lot of money from us every year, and it would be nice if you actually treated us like customers -
Sigh, I feel your pain bro..

EDIT: But then again, I guess its nice they take MAing seriously. -
full tilt is prolly the worst in the business when it comes to responding on emails, takes them like 3 days to email you back something

Full Tilt is the worst when it come to support and answering email. Major improvement needed on support end.

Totally unacceptable, but the problem is we have to accept it. Poker sites get away with appalling customer service because they know we'll still play regardless.
When your account gets reinstated you won't boycott FTP because doing so would be cutting your nose off to spite your face.
Having said this, they've probably cost themselves ~$500 in rake so far from you missing tournies.
But yeah, it is a joke. -
It's hard to understand how a company can fail to realize how much horrible customer support/service like this hurts them. It's not like they don't know. There's posts like these appearing all the time.

When i deposited the other day from neteller it took an hour before the money was in my account. I've never experienced that anywhere before...
The only thing that they've been quick to reply to/execute that I've experienced is when i a while back asked to get my deposit limit increased. That took like 1 minute... I guess they got their priorities ;) -

i said biggest tool ive NEVER meet...like i said u play 1 $ trnies and ur gonna say the sites not real...yeah i can imagine you taking some pretty sick beats and questioning the "realness" of the site...but what do u expect when u play 1 $ trnies ur never get sucked out on or take bad beats??? get fkin real man...even funnier is that you have the most earnings on FTP compared to the other sites...according to your profile atleast...
