  1. I recently decided to open a new account with Full Tilt Poker. I already had an account there but forgot the password and email I used so I dedcided to open a new one not knowing I was doing anything wrong. I deposited $50 with my credit card and won a little bit of money playing tournaments. So I had about $1000 in my account including a pending withdrawal of $900 when I recieved an email from Full Tilt saying that my account had been closed including all funds and 2200 full tilt points I had earned. It's so sick that such a reputable company can treat their customers so bad. I emailed these idiots and I'm still waiting to hear back.
  2. Is there a Full Tilt Rep that can help me do anything about this?

  3. ^^^^^^^^^ Not calling u out!

But it seems weird that this has happened a few times lately and they have just asked for the offender to close the newest account and they transfered the money for them.

but for you they take ur money! Hmmmmmmmm.

Is there any chance that you have made some shady decisions! Anyway e-mail doug@fulltiltpoker.com I think that is his email address.
  4. They will transfer your funds to your original account. Mult-accounting is a big no no. Full Tilt is very good about this. They could have just closed all your accounts and kept all the funds.
  5. 50 to 1000 ? i think u knew exactly what u were doing, transferred the money to urself and got busted. pwnt by FTP
  6. Were you trying to extract another bonus from them?
  7. They did keep the funds! It's not like I used the accounts together, I just stopped using my old one.

  8. I did not transfre money to myself. I won $300 in a mtt by myself without cheating then a few days later I won $1500 in a mtt also without cheating (i didn't cheat!) then i lost 800 or so and that where i was when my account got closed and they didn't transfer my funds or else i wouldn't be mad.

  12. Did u do well in Cash Games Riverme? I cannot explain why I ask but you know why I ask?

Edit* How about sit and gos?
  13. lol you sound like a genius sir
  14. Try e-mailing FTPdoug, but quite honestly, you multi-account, you get what you pay for. Even if you are not using the second account, shit happens. Why would you not try to obtain login information from your old acct?

    Blame yourself, not them.
  15. is my pocketfives broken? It says I got 13 replies but i only see 4.

  16. No I definately lost at least a few hundred in cash games and also lost some in sit n gos. I won most of my money in big mtt's. I won abot $350 in one and about $1500 in the other. Then I started losing and my account dropped to just under a grand which it should be at right now. My other account had no money in it and I just stopped using it. There was definately no collusion going on. Thanks for your help!

  17. A similar thing happened to me!!!! I went on holidays for a week and when I got back I couldn't log into my account... I have sent 5 e-mails to FTP and they won't respond to me... Can something help me out too.... Thanks
  18. My question is this.. Lets say for the record that FTP keeps this guys 1K. How is that right? It was never their money to begin with. As they are only supposed to earn money on the rake. Which is huge! Is it right that they can confiscate anyones money and pocket it for themselves?
  19. Why are all you guys hating on me? I didn't cheat! They're trying to steal $1000 from me and something needs to be done. But thanks to anyone who has helped. This is also a warning to people to be careful about this kinda thing cause I honestly had no idea. I had a buddy who opened 2 accounts on pokerstars cause he just got sick of his old name and the politely informed him he had to choose one but for them to keep my money is rediculous. I'm a serious online player and this kind of customer service makes me sick.

  20. I agree with you RIVERME.... I have sent a few e-mails myself and can;t get any response....If you receive help from anyone, please messege me and hopefully they will fix my problem too...
  21. Riverme.... E-mail doug@fulltiltpoker.com.... He just responded to my e-mail within 5 minutes...
  22. i think some people are being way to hard on this guy assuming he wasn't multiaccounting. i mean ya hv fucked up and opened a new account but assuming he wasn't colluding which would be pretty obvious if some research was done than he should get his money and have one of his accounts closed. I'm also pretty sure ftp will also come to this conclusion assuming you weren't cheating.

  23. I emailed them this morning about 8 hours ago and still have not recieved a reply, but that doesn't surprise me because they usually take at least 2 days to reply to emails and the have no 1-800 number....Great service! I just don't understand why they would do this to a loyal customer. I had over 2000 full tilt points in my account which I aquired in the past 2 weeks from playing everyday. I probably average at least a few grand in entry fees and rake every year so why they would steal my money makes no sense to me. If I can't get this money back that obviously I'll never play there again. Hopefully they come to there senses.

  24. thank you. that is my point exactly. just because i had 2 accounts doesn't mean i was cheating. one account was empty the entire time.

  25. i hope so.

  26. you may not have cheated, but you definitely broke the rules...now all you can hope is they show you some leniency...personally i'm fine if they keep it or give it back...
  27. that's awesome! I just emailed him. what did he say?

  28. Riverme

I did some searching this morning and something is not adding up or the pokerdb is not right. It does show that you have not played the accounts together.

However it is showing your $350 win but not the $1500 win. And it updated just a while ago. So if this in fact true where did the profit come from? It is not showing a profit for you in MTT and if you lost in cash games where did the extra money come from.

Again I am not calling u out. I am just curious.

    Thanks

I'm pretty sure there are ways to get your password if you forget it.....and how the hell do you forget your email?? You sure their weren't other reasons for making this new account, such as rakeback or the 1st time deposit bonus?? At any rate, I wouldnt worry too much, my guess is they'll close one of the 2 accounts and let you keep the money. Don't break the rules!

  30. the reason it's probably not showing the $1500 win is because their system crashed when there was 6 people left in a tournament. top place payed $4000 and according to there rules we ended up chopping it based on chip counts so I ended up with $1500 or so. it was just over a week ago in the $26 nl tourney. i'm some people here will remember it crashing. i think it happened 2 days in a row.
