    If you are ever thinking about depositing money on this site(and haven't deposited before), DON'T! This site sucks. Oh, and that whole "refer-a-friend" thing is a scam and they don't give you your money when you do it. Don't even bother with the "100% Deposit Bonus" because it's not what it seems. Make sure you read that and clearly understand it. Also, their customer service is so impersonal it's a joke.

    For those of you who play on it and like it, enjoy. IMHO this is the worst poker site to play on. Just wanted share that with people who were thinking about depositing on this site. I suggest playing on pokerstars or bodog.

    for the dumbass above who can't read, i said "IMHO". are you deaf, dumb, or just f*ckin retarded? i am not quite sure. they are horid site in my opinion and because of that, and them not giving me and my friends the bonuses they offer that i signed up for, i am making this post. if you like the site then fine, post it here. But don't think hundreds of thousands of people are satisfied and no one isn't...There is a reason pokerstars has 5X as many players online when you go to the site. If you like the site, by all means, play on it and spread the good word. But i refuse to let a website get away with not giving me the promotional offers/sign up bonuses they promise.

    Me, as well as 3 friends, all asked for our deposits back due to rude customer service and not getting the bonus offers. So, it's not just one bad person's experience...More like 4 people in one weekend.

    i got 4 refer a friend bonus's, my deposit bonus, and now own about half of the FTP store. Im def satisfied.

    IMHO, ur immature in the way u handle confrontation and its no wonder ucant figure FTP out. If i were customer service id tell u to effoff too.

    I've had no issues with bonuses or 'rudeness' of the staff. Seems like they've always been fairly prompt and courteous. To each his own. Or maybe I'm reading the thread title wrong. Remove the parentheses, and add 'like me" at the end.

    you must be half-retarded, maybe fully who knows. im sure every little detail about their promotions is outlined at the bottom of whatever page you saw it on - the deposit bonus you simply need to work off, and they tell you this. They do in fact give you the deposit bonus because i've cleared $540 of the maximum $600 so far. Refer a friend im not sure about, but depending on which one u do, both of you may need to play a certain amount of raked hands, which i'm sure neither of you have. As for getting your deposits back, try a little common sense next time and cash out? i'm pretty sure thats the same thing. gg kthx , etc etc... stop being a bigger degen than i'm sure you already are.

    Wait...did you think you got the bonus right off the bat? With the exception of Bodog, (Not even sure if they give the 10% deposit bonus up front anymore), any site you deposit on makes you 'work it off' through raked hands or through building up player points.

    If you think FTP is bad, you have no idea what some of the other sites [unavailable to US players] are like. FTP and PS are the creme de la creme of online poker sites. They are at least completely up front and clarify exactly what you need to do to work off bonuses etc, cash out when you request it, their cheques don't bounce...

    Check out CD Poker, Jungle Poker etc for real shockers.

    What a stupid post, you don't even bother to explain the circumstances which lead you to feel that way about FTP. I've cleared the initial $600 bonus and about 5 subsequent bonuses in no time.

    Sounds to me like he was trying to scam a hundred bux for referring a "friend" who didnt actually play or deposit. I mean if they gave everyone $100 instantly for having a "friend" open an account people would obv abuse it.

    I can't stand FTP interface and goofy cartoon style but my bonus cleared just fine and there are a good amount of fish at the mid stakes cash games....IMHO ;-)

    flame away guys. i had a bad experience and because of this i am sharing it with others. like i said before, this is only my personal experience. lol at me trying to scam some money from FTP. i deposited on their site strictly for the bonuses, that is how they got my first deposit as well as several of my friends. i am glad they treated most of you well, but my friends and i definitely had a bad experience. i agree with XOX, you can ONLY email this site. what great support. they just aren't helping me out and i am sick of emailing them just to get some email back that doesnt make sense and doesnt imply to what i am talking about. obviously they dont care about my business, which is fine, but because of that i am going to tell people about my experience with them. thats it.

    so am i only allowed to say good things about poker sites on P5s now? are we not allowed to share HORID experiences with a site in order to warn others that this does happen, maybe only occasion, but don't be surprised if it happens to you. anyway guys, hope you all have a good xmas break.

    If and when they do respond 5 - 10 DAYS AFTER YOUR PROBLEM. its usually a premade template email. Just ridiculous imo esp for people who on average give them welll over 200 a week in rake. WTF kind of company has absolutly no sort of live support

    Like most "Deposit Bonus's" Id say 95% of players will lose money trying to clear such bonuses.. Players trying to clear a 600 bonus cant clear it using good BR management unless they make a big tourney hit early. And the way they clear it you pretty much dont win money. But these sites are not in business to give you money. They are in business to drain every last possbile dime out of you in rake. I LOL at these bonuses they offer.. Only the bigger buy in players who dont need bonuses to begin with can benefit from them..

    The site itself is fine though.. 2nd best site out there..

    I've e-mailed support multiple times for issues and other than when their servers are down I've gotten a response within a few hours.
