Full Tilt got a new fish attractor!
They call it Rush Poker. Hopefully some of the fish will come to the real games tho! -
Why don't they spend their time working on their slow ass servers instead of these fucking retarded ideas.
-
I will probably give this a shot.
-
FullTilt has lost their goddamned minds. I'm sure the double guarantee week will suck balls too with the unusually huge fields.

"Rush Poker* is a grinder’s paradise. It’s a totally new way to play poker." -
guess i'll try it...
so i can, then, knock it. -
Umm... These are cash, right? How do they do the blinds? Can you luck box yourself and miss the blinds for 324534 hands?
-
lol @ you guys being crabby about a new game that may bring more fish to the tables.
seriously tho what's the fkn problem?

Holy shit is that a rake goldmine.
And it's already crashed the servers. *sigh* -
I'm trying it out just for kicks. Stealing seems extra profitable because a lot of the time the SB will have already quick folded. Also seems to be less people playing speculative hands, why play a suited connector when you can fold and pick up aces?
Edit: Kind of nice because when my AK beats KK aipf by hitting a river ace I don't have to listen to him bitch afterwards. -
lol...over/under on how long it takes for a "i just got the bb 10 hands in a row at rush poker" thread?

I'm sure they put in something to take care of that. I hope. Though honestly, I really hate being BB not because I have to put money in the pot but because I have to wait until someone raises before I can fold. Quick folding is addicting.

Also, I'm pretty sure I've already paid $924 in rake. At the .05/.10 table.
Edit: Regarding what I said about stealing, I've also noticed a huge trend in response to that fact of people calling me down with nothing because they think I'm just trying to steal their blind. Which is awesome. -
Does this put an end to the need to multi-table cash games? Or is it still worth multi-tabling? Seems like your hands per hour could go through the roof.
I'll re-depo for this. Does that make me a fish? -
It's going to be really interesting to see strategies crop up for this. So far I'm thinking LAG play is going to be a gold mine, when you're playing a field of 600 players there's no such thing as table image. At the same time though I think the avg player is going to be much tighter than at a normal cash game because it's so easy to quick fold your way to premiums.
-
Great idea. Eliminates the need to wait between hands. Now you can get a lot of action without having to open many windows. I played some, the pace is incredible.

Potential article title: "Re-re-stealing for guaranteed profit".

AA in big blind twice.
Got a walk twice.
Ugh. -
So far they seem decent I played for a little while this morning and you def. get played back at extremely light by the fish who think that your just stealing. You can also forget using a hud while playing these because the pace is just way to fast.
-
No, the person who hasn't had the blinds for the longest time will get it.
I have tried it (2-tabled it). It was +EV for me (turned $50 into $150 in no time).
-there is a 'quick fold' button that people can push and that immediately takes them to anothe table. This means fewer fish-calls.
-I found that people play back less because they are in a rush. Most of the time when I cbet, they fold, anxious to get a better hand on the next table.
-people will still or even more pay off your monsters. I had no difficulties in doubling up when I hit trip 9's versus pocket aces who instashoved when I reraised the turn. Someones else shoved AK into my AA after I reraised him pre.
I think I like it.
