Full tilt software on my computer is crazy slow, any suggestions?

    Hey guys. I mainly play on stars, but have played on full tilt in the past with no problems. I decided to get back on full tilt and my friend sent me some money on tilt yesterday. When I downloaded the new upgrade the new software takes like 5 minutes to fully load before I can ever put in my password. Stars runs fine. Any help?

    get more ram or dont run IE , AIM , etc while FTP is running

    it's not that man... find the post with Ftpdoug explaining the fix.

    You have to go into internet connections --> lan settings --> uncheck everything.

    fixes it easily... has something to do with full tilt checking/rechecking proxy servers or something... they are working on a fix.
