  1. Hello : I apologize for this being my first post here at pocketfives but I am having a huge amount of trouble that I have never experienced before with Full Tilt . I made a withdrawal request last night and got an email back saying they have closed my account. Now without going into huge amounts of detail . They said I had multiple accounts which is somewhat true but the old account was inactive for a very long period of time. They have seized my funds and are giving me the complete run around through e-mails which happen to arrive every 5 hrs or so. I guess my question is that has anybody else had this problem with Full Tilt? I enjoy playing there but am extremely concerned with the current situation. If they keep the money so be it but why the run around in the e-mails why cant they just come out and be upfront with what the heck they are doing there and why . I could understand if I was using multiple accounts to enter tournaments but that just is not the case here.

I know that people have multiple accounts at sites to protect there identity and keep people off balance as far as poker trracking software and tendencies they have in there play .

Full Tilt Had absolutley no problems allowing me 2 deposits and 2 withdrawals on this account last week . It just seems real shady to me that this comes up now ?

The account has been closed and they gave me the option to have my funds transfered to the old account or sent to my payment processor . I opted to have them send the money to my payment processor and have gotten no response or withdrawal request conformation .

I am starting to feel like I am the one whom is getting scammed here . Is it possible somebody got ahold of my account information and is screwing with me?

Also why do these sites insist on not having a phone number?

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank You
    Hexarai
