    call me lucky, maybe im running good for once. but this is def post worthy... full tilt actually just responded to me within 15min of me emailing them. Im really shocked and hope it stays like this. good shit fulltilt

    I have had a time that within 24 hours I had an email exchange with FTP in which they sent 4 emails back to me on an issue. All of these were replies, so that is an average of one every 6 hours.

    I have found overall FTP support to be acceptable. I have never had major issues, they get back to me on time and tend to fix the problem I had. I always keep my emails professional and polite.

    I know others have had problems with FTP support, but none here from me.
