  1. I tried to log in to my full tilt account yesterday and got the following message:
"The system cannot log you in, please contact
    loginsupport@fulltiltpoker.com for assistance."

I shot them an email asking what was up and got the following response:
    "Hello Jason,

Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker Support.

Following a thorough investigation of your account, we have determined
that you are closely associated with players who we have received
chargebacks from on our site. This is considered fraudulent activity.

We found that you have repeatedly logged into computers associated with
this user, and shared player-to-player transfers with this user.

For security and privacy reasons, we are unable to release the names of
the account(s) that have been deemed fraudulent.

To maintain the security of the site and for the protection of our
players, we must suspend accounts closely associated to this type of
activity. As you fall under this category, your account will remain
suspended until the player responsible is able to resolve their issue
    with us.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Regards,

    Dave B

They refuse to tell me who the player in question is and I don't even have a clue as to who this player could be. What am i supposed to do? :|
  2. just wait it out, if you did nothing wrong you will be fine and they will open your account back up... this isn't all that uncommon

  3. Can you not get your money out? And do they mean chargebacks as in the person didnt have enough money in their account or something?
  4. Patience
  5. sorry but i wouldnt be patient at all! Especially if they kept my money. One more strike against ftp in my opinion
  6. SOUNDS LIKE ONE OF UR FRIENDS OR FAMILY WROTE A BOGUS CHECK TO THEM..... UNTIL IT GETS CLEARED UP THEY WILL KEEP UR ACCT CLOSED... JUST WHAT IT SOUNDS LIKE
  7. A credit card scam. The card holder called in a charge back after they noticed that they didnt make the charge. They prob. comprimised their account to some phising scam or something and should be held resposible but thats not how it works, the scammer and retard who comprimised their account will be fine, the 3rd party IE FTP will be out the funds.
  8. Normally I would stay patient and just wait it out if they didnt say that my account would REMAIN suspended until the person cleared their own account. If they closed my account for something that someone else did on their OWN account, imo they should at least tell me who it is

  9. OP, you are telling us that you have no idea who this other user is?

"We found that you have repeatedly logged into computers associated with
this user, and shared player-to-player transfers with this user."

    Come on bud..............
  10. Living in a college dorm, I do a lot of transfers to other people, but no one besides me has ever logged into full tilt (a lot on stars though) from my computer and I've never logged in on anyone's computer with my account

  11. i find that in full tilts strive to be the safest and most secure site online they often over step their bounds and put me on life tilt. Fkcu full tilt IMHO

  12. i got f*cked over by FTP...they blocked my account as well. i ask why and they told me the same thing. it was because my bro and i were using the same computer and i transferred some money to him one time. they didnt care to believe me even though we used different CCs (with our names on them) to deposit and we clearly lived at the same address. f*ck FTP and their "great" customer service.

dont count on getting your money and/or account back. but good luck with it anyway
