I withdrew 100 dollars from both Fulltilt and pokerstars today. I have a Neteller account in euros so the Fulltilt shows as (72.20) and the Pokerstars shows as (74.07).
The discrepancy is prevalent through the three or so years that i`ve played poker and it`s always Fulltilt that shortchanges me.
I`m sure many Europeans have noticed this.
Who steals my money? -
Payment processors.

blame the greeks imo

its not just fulltilt thou, pokerstars always seems to be better at exchange rates, i deposited on stars and an ipoker skin the same day and same amount but got more dollars for each pound on stars than the ipoker skin

Neteller steals them. Thats why I changed my currency in my neteller account from NOK to USD. Neteller got ridic high fees...

It`s not Neteller in this case. pokerstars shows the exchange rate at 1.35 in the withdrawal confirmation menu.
And yeah, it seems that pokerstars has a better way for the players to get full value.
