  1. So I've been running so bad on FullTilt that I actually had to make my first deposit in quite some time. Made a deposit on 12/28 and on 12/30 my bank account was charged the amount I deposited twice with two different confirmation numbers. I just emailed FullTilt and am expecting them to take care of the issue (probably going to be a huge hassle). Has anyone had this problem before?

    I realize I may have made the mistake of making clicking deposit twice or something, but wouldn't this have credited my FT account twice also?

  4. was one of the "charges" just an authorization?

    Sometimes before a company actually charges the card, they'll run an auth. just to make sure said funds are available.

    Probably not, but worth double checking!
  5. Thats a good point. Unfortunately, the amount was definitely withdrawn twice. There is also a different confirmation code for each charge.

  6. id say screw FTP support, as others say it is terrible, and go directly to disputing this with your CC company.
  7. ftp support is not bad any more, yes it sucked a year ago, but they have come a long way.

  9. I had the same thing happen to me for a deposit i did on 12/28. They said they are investigating it with the payment processor and will let me know. I asked them to do this quickly please.

    Yeah I definitely agree here. I've gotten responses from FTP support within 24 hours the last few times I had a problem. This was not the case a year ago. They have stepped up somewhat...stars still blows them away obviously in the support department, but it should be noted Full tilt has improved.
  12. FTP Support is a joke. I have software issues and they tell me to not multi-table. I couldn't believe it. I should post the email. Now they double charge a single deposit. If stars had late night tournaments for a west coaster, FTP would be no more for me... Plus, Stars has a better reward program too.

  13. this happened to me a few weeks ago. i had to email them a copy of my bank statement, the second charge got reversed and full tilt gave me an extra 50 dollars.
  14. I shouldn't have to email them anything. Why can't they just see that the processor charged it twice and they credited once??
