    Should players remain on the tables? if they are on a cash table? or is closing it ok?

    Also snap shots of the screen are being taken(ty UB for teaching me that lesson of covering arse), i closed one thinking it was me, since i was DLing some other things too.

    hope it comes back soon, id like to finish the hand im in, it could be a good pot lol

    Goto www.download.com and search for screen hunter

    it will come up with the first link being for RYB... DL that install it

    then create a folder called

    C:\ScreenHunter\JPG

    then once u have that created, click F8 and it saves your entire screen as a JPG file

    I was in 6 SNGs doing great in all. This could be a huge loss to me FUCK! I closed out also, now I can't take screen shots. What should I do

    if you re-open FTP, it'll take you back to your tables. still frozen, but you can open them again for your screen shots.

    to be honest idk how their policy is, the last time this happened i wasnt playing on the site, but i have learned from UB and other sites, taking snap shots CYA big time. they cant argue with that.

    as for u android, i cant be much help, besides just trying to write down how many were left, ur stack sizes, and etc any info that would help them find the tables when the crash is over, so it makes it easier and faster for them to do refunds and etc if that is how their policy works

    Log back in and your tables will come back up. Looks like the server is fine, but the software is having some problems dealing with game progress.

    The tables are frozen. Thus, you can find your SNGs, open each screen, and take a screen shot to submit to FTP.

    This sucks big time. Had this happen at stars once, and they were there quickly sending messages that they were having problems with the software, and working on it. This is bad service from FTP.
