  1. I received this email on Sunday, and I have sent them 5 emails since; still no response. Both of my other 2 accounts have been closed by me for over 6 months and inactive, thus I never had multiple accounts . I had about $3,800 in my account Sunday when they closed my account. They never brought this up until I requested a cashout. I am so sick of online poker sites scamming. This is rediculous. I have done nothing wrong. I have to sit and wait for them to respond and give my money back at their convenience. Anyone else had problems like this?

    their email to me follows:

    Hello Tim,

Your primary account, Miss Cleo, remains closed as per your request.

To ensure a level playing field, our policy only allows one Full Tilt

  2. lmao u had multiple accounts u cant close accounts and open new ones u r completely in the wrong, wait it out im sure full tilt will get everything right and ul get ur money

  3. you just have to have patience i unfortunately had the same issue-and instead of them keeping my money for breaking TOC(which imo they had every right to do) they were not only nice enough to transfer my money to my primary account but also processed my withdrawal in a very timely manner-my check withdrawl got approved on 3/27/08-got my check on 4/1/08...

considerate lucky that youre going to see your money and in my case that they still let me play-

the only real problem would be if you multi accounted-if not youre good youll get your cash.....
  4. it looks like you DID do something wrong. Doesn't seem redic.
  5. You say that your other 2 accounts were closed by you. I'm pretty sure you can't close an account. Just because you chose not to use an account does not mean it doesn't exist. You are only allowed to be in control of 1 account.

You seem upset that they waited until you attempted a withdrawal before they called you on your nefarious scheme. Just because it took them awhile to catch you doesn't mean you are not 100% in the wrong.

The good news for you is that within a few days they will transfer your funds to your only LEGAL account and you will be able to access it.
  6. Well, I did close the other accounts. They were both inactive for over 6 months too. I will not play on a site without rakeback. SO I opened a new account to get rakeback. I guess it backfired. I don't think there is anything wrong with having multiple accounts, if you can only log into one of them as is my case. I finally got an email today, which was very vague and non of my accounts have been reopened yet. Money still froze [:(]

  7. Please tell me where on the site you found the 'Close Account' option?
  8. Hey Tim,

I had the same thing happen to me last week. I thought my "primary" account was dormant and not active. Have you heard a response from FT? I've sent them about 8 emails apologizing for my ignorance but have yet to hear anything since Thrusday April 10th.

    Hello Nick,

Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker Support.

We sincerely apologize for the delay. We are currently receiving a large
number of emails and are responding to each one as quickly as possible.
We appreciate your patience and will do the best we can to assist you.

Upon review of your account, we can see that your Bank Transfer
withdrawals were being declined due to multiple accounts.

This is to inform you that the following multiple account has been
    closed:

    LivelikeNo1else

Your primary account, Nickw1979, has been left open and you may continue
    using it to play.

To ensure a level playing field, our policy only allows one Full Tilt
Poker account per player. We cannot allow you to use any account other

  11. someone said in another thread the FT pros have many accounts to remain anonymous. Is this true?

  12. Thats odd. I have always found FT support to be very understanding and prompt to boot.

  15. Hello Nick, We sincerely apologize for the delay. We are currently receiving a large number of emails and are responding to each one as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and will do the best we can to assist you. Having said that, I've sent the funds consolidation request to a senior cashier who will transfer the entire balance of the account, "LivelikeNo1else", to your primary account, "Nickw1979". Please note that your request may take 2 to 3 business days to complete. Unfortunately, we are unable to transfer the Full Tilt Points (FTPs) from your closed account to your primary account. As stated in our site rules, if players are found using more than one account on Full Tilt Poker, they will forfeit any accumulated Full Tilt Points. If you would like to view our full site rules, please visit our website at: http://www.fulltiltpoker.com/siteRules.php Thank you for your cooperation and understanding, and if there's anything else we can help you with, please let us know. We're always here to help. Regards, Danny Full Tilt Poker Support
  16. A lot of people (myself included) have made this mistake. Although you can request to close your account, there is no reminder from FTP that the account you close is the only one you can ever play on if you decide to return.

I think FTP could avoid this problem by stating explicitly in a response e-mail that if the player chooses to return to FTP, it must be under the account that they just requested be closed.
