fulltilt player transfers??

    my friend won the $18k gaur last night, but when he tried sending me money on fulltilt he wasn't allowed to? why would this reason be?

    if you just deposited by credit card or epassporte you have to wait 90 days until u can accept transfers. they do this to prevent "chargebacks". at least thats what the email they sent my buddy said.
