Besides poker, I play alot of Backgammon online. As poker, the $$ stakes range from o-$1K. I have always funded through NetTeller, but I was not able to this evening. I noticed PayPal as a source, and since I have a PayPal account for ebay, I thought I'd give it a try. Within 1 minute I had money deposited to my account. It seems I noticed PayPal as an option at one of the Poker Sites. Does anyone know of, or use this method?
Interestingly, I play almost exclusively at Gammon Empire. I think I heard they are somehow connected with Empire Poker.
It could be a short lived thing, but it would be great funding for poker, and they do not charge a fee.
My feelings on this are that Poker will never go away, it will just get better. We just need to stand up to our government, and tell them we are not going to take this bullshit. They are so jealous they are not getting a piece of the action. They eventually will, but I hope our Poker sites don't give in too easily. -
Paypal has not been accepted on the top sites in years, unless you are in europe. I think I read somewhere where Ebay paypal support the ban of online "gaming" because they think they are losing $ to the "gaming sites"

That is correct, paypal cannot be accepted by any gambling website.

Very good post. Not much different than the stock market. </TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE> -
Well, I guess Backgammon is a classier name than Poker, because I can deposit funds from my PayPal account onto this Backgammon site and wager $ 25 a game (or point) for that matter, with anyone in the USA, or all other countries. For the record, Europeans are killer backgammon players!
