I think everyone has to give UB a break. Think about how many emails they have received in the last 2 days. How many people do you think they have working there on a Saturday afternoon answering your emails. Many people are sending 4+ emails and it is only going to slow them down. If 10,000 people were playing last night and half of them sent an email with a problem, that is 5000 emails to sift through. Once you start sending multiple emails, you are just filling the inbox even more. I have had problems in the past and they have always resolved them fairly. People want the software fixed and a response instantly. I would expect atleast a few days until everything is resolved and they can catch up. I hope you all don't hate me too much.

No hate here, Chris. People have BEEN fair to UB! The opposite hasn't happened! They need to fix the software & test it before resuming play, but they don't. They just throw it up there & try it out; meanwhile keeping the vig.

I work in Customer Service(not UB) and I am just picturing 3 people sitting there reading 5000 emails today and trying to research each one and reply. If I were one of them, I think I would quit today. :)

being that they work for ub.. they should have quit alrdy.. they prolly are making 7/hour

Chris, You're probably kidding about 3 people, but if not, then that might be a problem given the number of customers AND problems that UB has.
