Glitch in UB Software?

    Yesterday I played in a feeder for the 2pm 9K. The hand was dealt, I was not sitting out and no cards were dealt to me. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

    Did you just get moved to new table? You have to wait till button passes.

    Yes, what support told me to do was close the program delete my cookies and restart. It works for a little while but will happen again so I just do the same again. Ok here's the email and what I had to do:

    1. Go to Internet Explorer
    2. On the menu bar please select Tools and then Internet Options
    3. Delete cookies, files and clear history
    4. Now select the Advanced Tab, select restore defaults
    5. Now under the Security tab, select the default level option
    6. Restart your system

    Then,

    1- Restart your computer and when the system comes back up do not open the game.
    2- Go to the "Start" button and open the Control Panel. Once in there please find and double click on the Add or Remove Programs feature.
    3- Search on the list for the UltimateBet.Com application, select it and hit on "Remove". Hit "Ok" when prompted for confirmation.
    4- Exit the Control Panel application.
    5- Open up your "My PC" explorer and browse the following path "C:\Program Files" and delete the "UltimateBet" folder.
    6- Launch the Internet explorer and go to "Tools" menu, select "Internet Options", delete cookies and temporary files so you can proceed to install a complete fresh version of the game client.
    7- After you clicked on "Delete Files", select "Delete all offline content" and click "Ok". Restart your computer.
    8- Now, open the Internet Explorer again and paste the following link: ftp://ftp.ub.com/public_html/release...ve/ubsetup.exe
    9- Reconfigure your firewall
    11- Proceed to install the game application following the instructions from the installing engine.
    12- Launch the game application and enjoy the game.

    You can't get dealt in on the small blind when you get moved to a new table.

    What I have found is that if I just click on the corner of the table and resize it every so slightly the cards show up. Its annoying but at least it works for the time being.
