Going to Foxwoods from Boston

    Driving down to Foxwoods Wednesday morning for the 10AM NLHE tourney, and I have a question about getting there. Is the 95S route best or is it better to take the Pike at that hour? I think 95 is quicker normally, but I'm worried about traffic around Providence at that hour. I also don't want to leave at like 6 and fly down and be there mad early with nothing to do but blow money playing table games. Anyone have any input? thx a lot.

    I always take 90W to 395S, As I'm from Colchester on Rte 2. Traffic is going to be bad at that hour either way; I just really hate I95. I'm headed down there on Sunday for the $600 shootout, glglglglgl.

    Def take 95 south. If your worried about traffic in Providence you can tak 295 south which dumps you right out at exit 9 after Prov.

    95 s to 295s to 95 s to route 2.

    wow that is awful---95s is the absolute WORST way to go

    90w to 395s

    If ur coming from downtown boston that is the way to go.

    I must say I have not taken Mass Pike much so I can't speak for it. But I have heard that 95s is quicker. I live on the south shore though so maybe that is why.

    Waltham is not far from 95s or 90 so I guess take your pic should not me too much difference.
