I am hoping Someone can help me my big question is how you look at you HH and get better from it recently I have felt I have had the worst of variance possible going on 2 months now with no real note worthy success. I try to look at HH a couple days later that way I have a clearer head but when I look at it again and find some of the big hands that I get involved in I just want to smash something in frustration. This is caused by built up run bad and the fact that it is a god awful beat. I have gotten to the point where I see AA or KK and am like FML I should just fold.
Cliff:
What are your tips/methods for looking at HH?
The rest is an unneeded rant

any chance some1 could post here some tips not just pms?
I've been asking myself too how can i find my leaks?
What do i look for? -
I have been planning to write another article for pocket fives on leaks I see in general. Some of which I battle with myself from time to time. To try to help you a little before my article comes out. Try not to play too many pots out of position particularly large pots. Try not to overplay one pair or draws that are not as strong such as flush draws without overs and open ended straight draws. When you are feeling that you are failing at poker and things suck I strongly recommend going more back to basics. Try not to be as creative and keep your decisions simple. Confidence builds when a few things go your way and we all play our best when we are confident and running well.

I have been trying to get to a generalized article on this topic and it will be sent in to pocket fives soon but for now until we get more into detail hope this helps. -
Honestly the best thing you could do is join a training site and watch tons of videos. This is EXACTLY what they do during the videos. The more videos you watch, the better you will get at hand history review. Not sure what type of player you are, i.e. cash or mtt, but different sites are better for certain games depending on what you play. If you are an MTT player, I really don't think there is a better teacher overall than sheets at PXF. He will cover full in-depth analysis on just about everything you can think of. GL
