Ok, with chipstacks what they are and icm concerns, is my push right, and is the call wrong? I've just incorporate icm to bully the bubble more and want to know if this is correct play.

I think this push is pretty close if we put LABANDA's calling range on AQo+ TT+ or so, which is what it should be. Probably a push still but not by much. AQ is a good call imo, probably the worst hand you can call with though.

Both played the right way.

I may be missing something here, but I can't see how this is a good push. Your correct about your bubble play, but you cant push all of your chips into the chip leader 4 handed with the stacks the way they are and with such a marginal hand. If you were the button and the 2 shorter stacks were in the blinds i like the play.
-
I think you might be right....if you're talking about shoving a total dog hand. KJ is more than enough to shove even into the big stack in my opinion.
-
Well i mean the point is he doesnt have to be shoving there. Your goal in a SNG is to cash. Once you get in the money, then we can take these risks. Sure you have 10bb's, but you have 2 short stacks who should be shoving any 2 in their spots. This is the type of play that will lose you money in the long run.

He's in the sb so he is out of position with a strong hand 4 handed. He has to get past only the chip leader who can only be making the call with a few hands. This push should allow him to increase his stack without playing KJ out of position. -
Ok, so you're saying increasing your stack by 400 plus 75 for the antes is going to make more difference then CASHING? Plus the chip leader can be making that call with a TON of hands that are beating KJ. Can someone run this through ICM or sng power tools. This can't be a profitable play.
-
the way the stacks line up it's a -EV shove into the CL. I think into other two stacks its fine, but into the one guy who can stack you its awful.
You want to bully the bubble more, correct? shoving into CL with moderate holdings is not the way to get it done. easy lay down here....shove on button if possible..but the goal here is to cash. That 200 you lost this hand means nothing. Great stack still.
YOU dont have to shove, the two shorties have to shove (not saying that you are looking to shove with a good hand.)
thoughts? PM me....I enjoy discussing things and by the time I wake up I have a feeling this thread is gonna be gone. -
My thoughts exactly.
