    50/100, effective stacks 5k.

big stack (12k) openraise to 400 from late middle.
folded around to me (5k) look down at JJ on SB, i decide i want to get allin vs big stack, who has got to be raising a HUGE range... cant shove cuz then his calling range gets tightened too much- so i reraised to 1800, with the intention of shoving 3200 into any flop so he'd have to call 3200 into 3700 pot on the flop. i didnt mind if he folded pre or on the flop, either. flop comes three spades, i have the Js, i shove like i planned, and he ......... (results later, i want the responses to be unbiased)

your comments on my line, please?

  3. good if you want to take the pot down there.
  4. I think it's fine, especially if it's three baby spades. But if you were going to stop-and-go regardless of the flop, you do it regardless of the flop.
  5. that was my thougt, i shoved, he instacalled with KTss for flopped flush.

this play works because majority of the time he doesnt flop better than my jacks and so i gain 2k on my 5k original stack... but man, its a sick feeling when he instacalls my flop shove....

also: there is a diff between stopandgo and goandgo, this is goandgo, is this correct? i'm not sure on terms...
