Basically I put him on a lower PP. Ignoring wether or not that is a correct assment the real question is given the current chip stacks and blinds and everything is this a good time to flip a coin?

I fold here. When I get AJ i want to be the aggressor. You have a solid stack 26 BB not a place where you need to be coinflipping that cost you half of your stack. With four to go after the push and the pusher just being shortstacked this is a sure coinflip. Too much risk in your position to be calling with AJ.

Agree with S & L, it's early in the game, plus players still to act that could have you in world of hurt. Easy muck.
-
Agree with S & L. Bad time. As for when is it a good time to race, when your stack is smaller in relation to the blinds, when there aren't people still to act, that may dominate my hand. For instance if you are the BB and the blinds are at 200-400 and his allin is mucked to you, easy call. Wait for a better spot.

Fold. If someone acting after you wakes up with a hand and re-raises, you're in trouble and by then you've committed almost half your stack to the hand and have to decide whether to put the rest in behind or not.
-
Definate fold. 1. Because you will only be a favorite if your opponent was a complete donkey. 2. You still have 3 opponents behind you and you just can't assume they are weak

Too add to my initial post, and to directly answer your question, a good time to try ad win a flip is when you are 5-8 BB's. You rarely want to call knowing you are a coinflip. You want to PUSH with a coin flip, as you can win the pot either by a fold, by winning the flip, or sucking out to an overpair.
